Delete your WatchBack GainMore account

You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it, and neither requires you to contact us first.

From inside the app

1. Open WatchBack GainMore.
2. Open the menu (the ☰ button, top left).
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the menu.
4. Confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

On Android TV the same option is in the menu, reached with the button in the top-right of the app bar.

If you no longer have the app installed

Email watchback.gainmore@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We will confirm once it is done.

We ask you to write from the address you signed up with because that is the only way we can tell it is your account. We will not delete an account on someone else's say-so.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and handle
• Your email address and sign-in details
• Every campaign and feedback request you posted
• Your coin balance and your full coin history
• Your watch history and your interests
• Your referral code and the referrals linked to it

What does not get deleted, and why

Feedback you wrote on other people's videos stays with them. They paid coins for that feedback and it is their record of what was said about their video. It stops being connected to your name once your account is gone.

How long it takes

Deletion from the app is immediate. Requests by email are handled within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We keep no separate backup copy of your account after deletion.
